What I Do
Three problems I solve really well.
0-to-1 Product
I've built three products from scratch. Basecamp at Rivian — a supply chain portal I conceived that replaced QAD and extended SAP, used across 75+ buyers and 30+ SQEs for end-to-end vehicle supply chain management. MarketMesh, a multi-tenant SaaS marketplace I built solo. And the SaaS platform at Inspiration Mobility, where I was hired as founding PM. I can take an idea from concept to production without handing off, then build the team to scale it.
AI Strategy & Adoption
I build real AI systems. At Inspiration Mobility, I championed the company-wide AI mandate, deployed an MCP server powering knowledge agents and RAG workflows, and drove adoption from a small minority to 100% of employees. I work directly in Claude Code and have production experience with agentic workflows.
Systems & Data
Enterprise systems, SQL, and data pipelines — I write Snowflake queries in production and have led full implementations of SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, and Salesforce on time and on budget. I know when buying is the right call and when it isn't.

Basecamp
End-to-end supply chain portal for Rivian
Conceived and delivered a supply chain portal that replaced QAD and extended SAP — covering RFQ management, PO creation, and Supplier Quality KPI scoring. Unified PLM, ERP, and custom tooling into a single source of truth for all supply chain data across 75+ buyers and 30+ SQEs.
Reduced manual PO creation and materials management by 95%, saving 20+ hours/week per buyer.

MarketMesh
Multi-tenant SaaS for market and event organizers
Designed and built a multi-sided marketplace where craft fairs, farmers markets, and pop-up organizers each get their own subdomain. Role-based access across three user tiers — Super Admin, Organizer, Vendor. Tiered subscriptions for organizers, direct vendor-to-organizer booth fee collection via Stripe Connect.
Built solo, from concept to production. Real money movement, row-level security for tenant isolation, zero platform fund-holding.

Enterprise AI deployment — MCP, RAG, and governance at scale
Championed the company-wide AI adoption mandate from the CTO. Built internal prototypes using Claude Code, deployed an MCP server powering knowledge agents and RAG-enabled workflows, and defined the enterprise guardrails and governance practices that made adoption sustainable.
Took adoption from a small minority to ~100% of employees across the organization.
